Return & Refund Policy  

At OhYeah Nutrition, we are committed to providing the best quality supplements and ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must not be tampered with, damaged, or used.
  • Perishable items such as opened supplement jars or sachets cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or mega offers
  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless damaged in transit)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@ohyeahnutrition.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if required).
  • Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI (details required).
  • Partial refunds may be granted if the item is returned incomplete (e.g., damaged box but sealed jar).

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong product or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Your order ID and contact details

We’ll process a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible after verification.
